Entrepreneurs Cirque Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website www.entrepreneurscirque.com, use our services, or interact with our media platforms (including YouTube, newsletters, and membership features).

1. Purpose

At Entrepreneurs Cirque Media (EC), our credibility rests on accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

We recognize that even with the highest editorial standards, errors can occur.

This Correction, Retraction & Removal Policy ensures that all factual inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or content disputes are handled promptly, fairly, and transparently.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all EC content — including articles, interviews, podcasts, digital features, and third-party contributions — published on any EC-owned platform or affiliated media outlet.

3. Commitment to Accuracy

EC’s editorial team and contributors are committed to verifying all information prior to publication.

However, should any factual error or misleading statement be identified after publication, EC will act swiftly to correct or clarify the record in accordance with this policy.

4. Requests for Correction

How to Request a Correction

If you believe an article or feature contains an error, you may submit a formal correction request by emailing editorial@entrepreneurscirque.com with the following:

  • The title and link of the article in question.
  • A clear explanation of the alleged error.
  • Supporting evidence or references that verify the correction.
  • Your full name and contact information.

All requests are reviewed by EC’s editorial management team.

Correction Process
  • If verified, minor factual errors (e.g., misspellings, titles, dates, figures) will be corrected promptly in the article with an editorial note (e.g., “Updated to correct an earlier version.”).
  • For more significant factual inaccuracies, EC will issue a formal correction notice appended to the article and/or a public note on EC’s correction log page.

5. Retractions

A retraction is issued when content is found to contain serious factual errors, plagiarism, misrepresentation, or ethical violations that undermine its integrity.

Retractions will:

  • Be clearly labeled and remain visible on the article page.
  • Include a brief explanation of the reason for retraction.
  • Preserve transparency by leaving a record of the correction (EC will not delete or conceal the error without context).

In cases involving contributor misconduct, EC reserves the right to terminate contributor access and revoke publication privileges without refund.

6. Content Removal

EC will not remove published content solely at the request of a contributor, subject, or reader, except under valid circumstances such as:

  • Verified defamation, privacy violation, or legal order.
  • Ethical breaches, plagiarism, or misrepresentation.
  • Safety, security, or compliance concerns.

All removal requests must be submitted to support@entrepreneurscirque.com with supporting documentation.

EC’s legal and editorial teams will jointly assess each case and determine the appropriate action.

Editorial disagreements or reputational concerns alone do not justify removal.

EC’s responsibility is to preserve the historical and journalistic record while correcting legitimate errors.

7. Republishing and Updates

When content is updated to reflect new developments or corrections, EC will:

  • Include a timestamp noting the update.
  • Clearly distinguish between updates (new information) and corrections (fixing an error).
  • Maintain editorial transparency for readers and contributors alike.

8. Reader Feedback

Readers and featured individuals are encouraged to submit factual clarifications or supporting evidence if they believe an article misrepresents their statements or company activities.

Submissions will be reviewed promptly and responded to professionally.

9. Accountability and Review

All correction, retraction, or removal requests are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and may involve consultation with EC’s Legal Counsel and Content Manager.

EC maintains an internal log of corrections to ensure accountability and continuous improvement of editorial processes.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect best practices in journalism, digital publishing, and media law.

All updates will take effect immediately upon publication on EC’s website.
