Advertising Policy
Entrepreneurs Cirque provides entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders with original, high-quality, and trustworthy content. This Advertising Policy explains how we manage sponsored content, paid partnerships, and brand collaborations across our platform and digital magazine. We are fully committed to transparency and integrity in every advertisement we accept or display.
1. Advertising Philosophy
Advertising and sponsorships are an important part of our business model, helping us fund high-quality journalism and entrepreneurship-focused content. However, editorial integrity is never for sale. Every advertisement must align with our mission and values — to inform, empower, and inspire entrepreneurs globally.
2. Distinction Between Editorial and Paid Content
We clearly distinguish between editorial content and advertising. Paid placements, sponsored stories, and branded content will always be labeled using one or more of the following identifiers:
- “Sponsored”
- “In Partnership With”
- “Paid Promotion”
Editorial teams maintain full independence and are not influenced by advertisers when producing news, opinions, or analysis.
3. Types of Advertising Accepted
- Display Advertising: Banner ads, sidebar placements, and homepage takeovers.
- Sponsored Articles: Branded storytelling or partner-created content labeled as “Sponsored.”
- Newsletter Sponsorships: Featured placements in email newsletters and digests.
- Business & Entrepreneur Spotlights: Paid promotional features about brands, founders, or impact-driven businesses.
- Event Partnerships: Sponsored webinars, panels, or virtual interviews conducted online.
- Affiliate Promotions: Links to products or services we believe may interest our readers.
All advertising must comply with our ethical, legal, and quality standards.
4. Advertising Standards & Restrictions
Entrepreneurs Cirque reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that:
- Contains misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Conflicts with our mission or audience values
- Targets minors or uses deceptive clickbait practices
All advertising must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines and Google Ads Advertising Policies.
5. Sponsored Content & Collaborations
Sponsored content is subject to review by our editorial and compliance teams. All sponsored materials must meet our standards for accuracy, relevance, and tone. We retain the right to edit or reject content that does not meet these requirements.
Sponsored content may include written features, interviews, digital magazine pages, or video promotions, but all will carry visible disclosure labels to distinguish them from editorial content.
6. Measurement and Reporting
Campaign analytics (e.g., impressions, clicks, engagement rates) are shared with advertisers in aggregate form. Entrepreneurs Cirque does not share individual user data or personally identifiable information without explicit consent, in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Conflicts of Interest
Our editorial team does not participate in selling, negotiating, or approving advertising content. Decisions regarding news coverage, reviews, or interviews are independent of advertiser relationships to avoid conflicts of interest.
8. Compliance & Jurisdiction
This Advertising Policy complies with the following standards:
- U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Advertising and Endorsement Guidelines
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
- Google and Meta Advertising Policies
- EU and UK transparency and labeling regulations (where applicable)
All advertising relationships are governed under U.S. law and the jurisdiction of Dallas, Texas, through Masidas Enterprise LLC.
